Rebecca McCarthy, MSN, BSN, RN-BC, CDONA is a mastered prepared registered nurse with board certification in gerontology. She has over 23 years experience in nursing homes. Rebecca served in several positions in nursing homes which includes Vice President of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Nurse Educator, Unit Manager and Staff Nurse. Rebecca is an expert on nursing standards of practice. She provides expert services to attorneys and nursing homes. In addition, Rebecca is a nursing professor who conducts lectures and instructs nursing students in the clinical setting. She published several articles on fall prevention in nursing homes.
